I recently started playing around with Octoprint and I found out that I love it. I wanted to permanently mount a Raspberry Pi 3 to my printer to control it wirelessly, while powering everything from one power source. After many hours of figuring out the best location, I came up with a solution that works for me. I also decided that I would use Octoprint to turn the printer on and off, so I added two relay mounts (one for the power and another for LED's). I can still kill all the power with the main switch on the back of the Robo3d, since I don't always want it on. Anyways I hope you like it and it can work for you.
I made some changes to the mount after I printed mine, but the measurements are still the same. I also had to drill 4 holes into my Robo3D and I used laptop screws to secure it. Only the top two usb ports will be accessible.
Please note that you are working with A/C currents and must be extremely careful. If you do not know what you are doing then get someone that does
