This is a spare/replacement Z stabiliser for the Robo3D. I decided to design my own as I didn't like the currently available designs. I tried to provide better support and strength without using a lot of additional filament.
Drill the stabiliser out to 8mm but start with the smallest drill bit you have that will increase the hole as trying to take too much out in one go is difficult and could result in breaking the stabiliser. Try to drill in short bursts to not heat the plastic up too much. You'll also need to drill out the 4 mounting holes to fit the M3 (3mm) bolts through.
I have not test fit these to my printer yet as I haven't had the need to replace my stock stabilisers. Please comment and add photos if you use these.
Printed in PLA with 4 perimeters. I think my infill was 95%.
