This is a custom desgin robot cutter with adjustable cut height, the height adjusts by
tightening the 3 screw under the chassie.
As for a lide I am going to use a polycarbonate sheet to make sure that it's really watertight.
In each front wheel fits 2 rollerskatesbearings, on from each side.
And also the chassie fits 4 rollerbladebearing, 2 from above and 2 from beneth.
Each wheel mount to the chassie with a m8 rod with 2 nuts one for each side of the wheel and 2 nuts in the chassie one from above and one from beneth clamping the 2 bearing together.
The cutterbracket is made to fit a nidec 22, the bracket is supposed to be mounted with 3 m5 screws and nuts with a spring in between.
The drivewheel fits on a diy wheelhub made from a m10 screw.
When I made this for myself I noticed a couple of misses I made with this design, for example the inserthole for the frontright bearing was to small. All of the misses I found
is fixed in this version I upload. If you fin
