This is a modification for the Robot V to allow full neck articulation with half moving neck pistons.
I've also redrawn the back of the head from the standard Robot V to be more film accurate, as well as modifying the front section and eyes (to remove the locating tab).
When printing the piston it's in pieces to make it easier to print (I try to not use supports unless completely neccessary) and with parts so small it was easier not to.
Print each piston then assemble with a short piece of wire to connect the micro parts on the side.
The semi-circle hoop needs to be glued to the mounts on the neck piece, the piston can then be attached with a small screw/bolt.
The piston shaft is a 1mm steel rod (anything the right size will do). It needs to be glued into the piston as the shaft will not move, instead a small hole is made under the eye socket to allow the piston shaft to move freely into the head (and give the illusion of the shaft moving).
