Semestral project include robots, convyors, grippers and sheet products. My Robotics workplace includes four KUKA robots. The first robot (from left side) picks the steel frame from special pallet and places on main conveyor. Then frame is moved in front of second robot. The second robots picks the steel bending sheet from special pallet and places to prepared frame. Assembly (frame + steel sheet) is moved in front of the next robot. The third robot weld assembly together. Welded assembly is moved to last robot and places to europallet. This procces is repeted. Except for 3D models I made a simulation this workplace in Siemens Tecnomatix.
