This a case for the Radxa ROCK Pi E router.
In addition to just being box with holes, it has a door that can be opened to access the GPIO pins, and a breakout window for an RP-SMA pigtail cable connector, if you'd want to install an external Wi-Fi antenna.
Four M3 screws are required.
