UPDATE: I have added files for a two-part harness section, so you can print both as flat-bottomed, and the result is generally better than if you try to print the one-piece version upright.
I modeled this jetpack for a friend who has two corgis. I did NOT model the dog. The dog was downloaded from the Autodesk 123D site and is hereby used by the Creative Commons License, according to the download page, here: http://www.123dapp.com/123C-3D-Model/Cardigan-Welsh-Corgi/597453
The jetpack and goggles are entirely my own. I cut the Corgi in half, and reduced its length a little, since the original model resembled a dachshund more than a corgi, due to being overlong.
I then modeled the jetpack in easily printable parts, which fit together nicely. The goggles used the corgi head as a boolean subtraction to ensure a good fit on the frames. The strap is optional, but also fits nicely around the head, gluing to the frames.
I used this same jetpack design in my Jetpack Rocket, w
