Hello Everyone!
I designed a small rocket launcher as a toy for my son who enjoys playing with it very much. A rocket is fired by hitting the bumper with your hand. Depending on how hard you hit it, the further the rocket flies. There are three different rockets to download, a short straight, a short twisted and a straight longer one.
Flight characteristics:
Short twisted version: shortest distance (3-5m) but rotates in flight
Short straight version: medium distance (5-7m)
Long straight version: longest distance (7m+)
Printsettings:
Base:
Material: PETG or PLA
Layerhight 0.2mm
Walls: 3
Top/Bottom Layers: 4
Infill: 10-15%
Cooling: enough for the rocket pipe
Speed: 70mm/s
Puller: (print upside down for no supports)
Material: TPU (i used A95 hardness but i think i should also works with softer materials)
Layerhight: 0.2mm
Linewidth: 0.5mm (to get it strong enough)
Walls: 2
Top/Bottom Layers: 4
