This is a rocking footrest made with with printed rods. You can lay it flat and use it as a traditional footrest, or flip it upside down which allows it to rock slightly when you shift your seating position. If you need the footrest to be extra sturdy, then print and use the optional center leg to provide extra support for the rods. I'm about 160lbs and don't need the extra support in my usage.I suggest test fitting before applying glue. It will be easier to assemble if you put glue in all the leg holes and insert one rods half way into both legs. Repeat until all rods are seated half way in both legs. It is nearly impossible to put all the rods into one leg and then try to fit them all into the other leg at the same time. The rods are printed horizontal for strength; although you could print them standing on their ends, I wouldn't because it would make them weaker and prone to snapping along the layer lines.If you prefer natural aesthetics, there is also a hybrid wooden ve
