Rocking Stand, shortened base

This is a remix of the [Rocking Stand by _Nimble](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4671929), with the bases being shortened slightly to fit on a 220mm (Ender 3) bed. It is otherwise identical. Their upload contains an assembly diagram. Please consider printing theirs instead if it will fit on your printer as it is slightly more stable (though this one will probably work fine.)

I would recommend printing the bearing nuts at 115-118% scale. I've found that with PLA they're a little too tight at normal scale.
