This is a remix of a case I found to fit my RockPro 64. But the lid didn't fit the NVMe to PCIE x4 adapter properly so I removed a post and then added some logos to make it pretty. Use Prusa Slicer to swap filaments at the layers. I recommend reinforcing the posts you screw into with some superglue or something, but I recommend short M3 screws to mount the board as well as lock the lid. It has a slot for a 40mm Noctua fan which I plan to upgrade to when I get the passive heatsink.
You will need supports ideally but just for the very large gap for most of the ports, you don't need supports really anywhere else to be honest as PETG bridging does just fine on its own.
I managed to get my Rock Pro 64 4GB with a 16GB eMMC for OS, the Pine64 PCIE x4 to M.2 adapter with 256GB Inland Premium NVMe SSD, and their 2032 coin cell battery back up (with velcro) to all fit no problem. Airflow is perfectly fine with the 10mm low profile with fan, but I recommend a 30mm passive with a Noctua 40
