Rod cable holder for Kossel

A cable holder for Kossel, i had some problems in big printings because the cable pass above the model i did another cable holder located in hot end but for biggest model isn´t enough.

I did for a rod diameter of 5mm and 7mm for cable. And can use 2.5 bridle in rod attachment, there is flange for it.

Added a 6mm rod version.
