These "rod hinges" allow you to take Cuisenaire Rods, or other centimeter-based length rods, and use them to create geometric shapes.
The square cup to hold the rods are .25mm wider and higher, which allows for a snug enough fit but also for you to remove the rods easily. Hinges are printed in place. I made this so that you can create 10 at a time (good for small groups or pairs to use with rods to make shapes).
Edit: I added a 2nd version of the hinges with a slightly wider opening. This is useful for 3D printed rods that may be a few hundredths of a cm larger than molded plastic rods.
