I was excited to open my new Xbox Ally X today, and quickly opened the box only to chuckle at the stand it came with. It's basically pressed cardboard, very light weight, and did not seem like it would hold up. So before I even finished setting up the Ally, I remade the stand in Blender. The original stand is kind of small, so I also made a larger stand that is wider and deeper. The original stand has a small pad in it facing the screen, so I made two versions of each size, one that you can add the original pad to, and one without a pad that has a slightly smaller slot for the device. The stand doesn't require supports or anything special. Just hit print, and an hour or so later you'll have an upgrade to the included Ally stand. I personally don't think the pad is necessary, and I think the bigger stand is more stable, so I recommend printing the XL stand with no pad.
