Roge Trader Compass Badge

I couldnt find official lore about this badge, but is a very recurrent element in modern Rogue Trader ilustrations from diferent artists, so it must be more than a mere decorative thing wiht no story behind. Probably is a insginia that indicate an individual as a Rogue Trader, and they must wear it anywhere, anytime.

Anyway, i wante one on my coat so i made this model. Also i added a small piece to hold a safety pin. The one i have used is pretty small (about 2cm), and the model was desinged with that size in mind. Of course you could resize it as you like or use other kind of pin, velcro or wathever you want.
