Rogue Pouch Trash Bin

A simple trash bin for Rogue tins. I have gotten used to other manufacturers building in a spot to discard used pouches in the product packaging, but Rogue seems to lack that.It can be very inconvenient to have to have to find a trash can or other place to dispose of a used pouch, so this is my attempt to solve that problem. The full version makes the tin a little tight when it is freshly opened, but seems to work just fine. Otherwise a bandless version is available, but this version will not be as neat as the tin empties and it opens up room for the bin to slide around a little.
