Rohloff e-14 - switch mount (narrow)

This is a slightly narrower version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4699978. The main body is 11 mm high instead of 15mm of the original, and the stem is 13mm high instead of 20mm. Overall, this results in a more comfortable position, at least for me, as I'd like the switch to be as far to the left as possible, and the stem no longer protrudes from the switch.
