ROK GC Espresso Base

This base is a direct replacement of the heavy standard cast aluminium base the ROK comes with, saving up to 800g of weight without affecting stability. The 2kg standard ROK GC now weighs in at 1.2kg! With the front and back now cut in, the footprint is slightly smaller, making it easier to pack for travel too.

Optionally, print 4 of the little Hex inserts and screw them to the cup base with M3 countersunk screws. They are spaced so much so you can fit the assembly onto the new base. Finish it off with a cork cutout.
