I got the Rokid Max goggles for flying my DJI Mini 4 Pro drone late last year. Had no problem with sunlight leaking into the goggles until now in summer time. So I designed a foldable sun shield extension which attaches to the standard sun shield by just using some stripes of strong 3M double sided mounting tape. The shield extension is divied into 4 parts, two side parts, a nose part and a forehead part. In the first approach I tried cutting these parts out of a thin rubber blanket, but the rubber did not attach to the 3M tape. So I switched to two layers of TPU, first layer with 0.12mm and the other one with 0.08mm. These parts glue well and are still flexible enough for folding. The goggles with extended sun shield attached still fit into the original carrying box, but you should remove the space divider part there to make more room.
