Roku Express Push Home Reminder

We "cut the cord" this year, and the cable company's decoder boxes have been replaced in some rooms by Roku Expresses. They work fine for such a cheap solution, the only problem we've been having is that some people just turn off the TV and leave the little Roku streaming video to nowhere.
