Roll Cage

a framework of reinforcements protecting a car's passenger cabin in the event that it should roll on to its roof. A roll cage is a specially engineered and constructed frame built in (or sometimes around, in which case it is known as an exo cage) the passenger compartment of a vehicle to protect its occupants from being injured in an accident, particularly in the event of a roll-over. There are many different roll cage designs depending on the application. This is a roll cage of an all terrain vehicle (ATV). An ATV roll cage specially designed to survive in frontal impact, side impact, rollover, twisting and suspension drop. This roll cage can sustain a maximum force of 10mg (ten times the weight of the vehicle) in frontal impact. In my words " a roll cage is an arrangement of bars that can survive in crashs ( in high stresses)".
