Rolled paper cutter

Cutter for use with rolled paper material, such as gift wrappers, craft paper and parchment paper. Use with X-ACTO #11 classic fine point blades (don't buy knock-offs). Specially designed knife guard to keep your finger out of harm's way. Works best with medium weight paper.

Print vertically without support, then insert the X-ACTO blade from the slot on the bottom. Pay attention that blade should tilted to the left with sharp blade side up.
