Balance Shaft Roller Table Removal Tool
This is a simple tool designed to safely remove the roller (roller table) from a balance shaft. It uses a standard double-edge razor blade and features a small compartment to catch and contain the roller, preventing it from flying off during removal.
What You’ll Need:
A 3D printer
4 to 6 M3 screws (⌀3mm x 6–8mm) – Do not use screws longer than 8mm
1 double-edge razor blade (standard shaving razor type)
Printing Info:
No supports required
Recommended to print the bottom part and the screw with the highest quality settings
Works well with a 0.2mm layer height for all parts
