Most window frames in my house have integrated roller shutters and the belt is fed through a rough-edged opening with a separate plastic piece slid in that provides a smooth surface for the belt to glide across. These have been failing one me for quite some time now (they more or less crumble to dust) and are ideally suited for replacement using 3D printed parts.
The standard dimensions work for the roller shutters in my house and are 20.9x12.4x9.5mm for the actual guides, with an overlap of 1.05 mm and a plate thickness of 1.5mm.
The included file can (hopefully) be parameterized across a wide range of dimensions to replace belt guides that follow the same principle.
Make sure you do not make the guide hole too big in relation to the body of the part or it may become too fragile.
