Roller skating slalom cone

Cone for who likes to work out slalom skating

This cone has been designed to support high air flow, it supports a wind until 30Km/h

You can customize the 'wall_size' var to get a harder cone, but read the following considerations:

- I tested it 0.8mm 1.2mm 1.6mm and 2.0mm and PLA
- 0.8mm and 1.2mm breaks easily with any hit
- Better wall width is 1.6mm but the infill configuration in the slicer is important:

For a wall size of 1.6mm using differents infill percentents in the slicer software:

- 20% default infill is insuficient, cone breaks easely
- 100% infill makes a rigid and breakable cone.
- 80%/95% is the best configuration that I found.

There is an optional bottom support called "bottom_ring" it's commented in the code. I think it is not necessary.
