Rondo 503 front panel

This is a replacement front panel for a Rondo 503. A Rondo 503 is a commercial dough sheeter – an industrial rolling pin used to make laminated pastry (croissant) and other baked goods. We purchased a busted up Rondo 503. The front panel was in several pieces with packing tape doing what it could to hold the situation together. I reverse engineered this print to replace the front panel. This print is a bit tricky. You don’t want to print downward facing rounds, but the best orientation for the fillets causes most of the print to be an overhang. I solved this by designing my own support (instead of automatic support). Print the supports as solid objects with 5% infill and no top layers. Print the lid with solid infill as the orange filament is translucent enough that it doesn’t look good otherwise. This print will want to warp, but I was able to get it to stay flat using a high temperature plate and glue stick. According to FilamentColors, the best match for the Rondo is Gizmo Dorks ora
