Room Air Purifier

Air purifier for smaller spaces using off the shelf replacement filter for Levoit 200S, available OEM and cheaper aftermarket, and a standard 140mm x 25mm computer case fan. Filter is installed via base cover for ease of removal and periodic surface cleaning. Printed in PLA. Gasketed with foam weather stripping, uprights glued and the rest assembled with whatever nuts and screws on hand that fit. Feet printed in low infill TPU and glued. I used a reverse style fan for better clearance of the blades from the filter gasket. Very quiet with good airflow with a strong PC fan but can be ramped up with something like an industrial Delta fan. Just use something that can handle high pressures as weak fans overheat and get noisy. Printed fine flat sides down and uprights standing upright, without supports but depending on your printer you may want them for the inner overhang of the shroud screw holes.
