This holder is intended for use in 600 series Roombas to convert them from using Ni-MH to Li-ion. This holder is intended to hold 10 18650s in a 5s 2p configuration. Fully charged this pack is at the upper limit of the Roombas voltage range which gives the Roomba significantly more power then the old Ni-MH pack while also lasting longer and being lighter.
I intended on using four of these with two sets of five 18650s like shown in fig1 but ended up only using two of the holders facing away from each other in the middle like in fig2 to allow the batteries to fit in the rounded battery compartment.
