The fitting on the corner brush motor of a Roomba s9 is made of a green plastic, so eventually it will strip after replacing the brush a few times. Once it is stripped the brush will continually fall off. iRobot does not sell the little green fitting, but they do sell the entire motor with the green plastic piece for $70! Print this, I used PLA+Follow this iRobot video to see how to remove your corner motor module. I had to remove some hair on the shaft before I could pull it out like they show in the video.Once it is out, use some pliers to pull the green plastic piece offThen put your printed piece on and reassemble.
