roots type supercharger

This is the finished supercharger , at least for my test usage .
theirs a few little things i need to add to this as well as I would like to make picture instructions . Otherwise all parts should be here other than the drawing for the secondary shaft , witch is coming eventually. I had fun with this project but its time to move on to other interests. next big post should be my hybrid harmonic gearbox .
once i get the rest of drawings and instructions finished ill post them as well .

I printed the first set of gears from petg witch worked well .
The second set I used nylon witch turned out to be too flexible and would have to be mounted to the shaft better than a press fit on a d shaft .

Currently only have the apex seal rotors witch require a little bit of work in to get running smooth.

would likely be suitable for a small go cart engine under 8 hp , depending on gearing but has yet to be tested on an engine.
