Rope Cleat

Each part prints with the flat side down.
After printing insert an M4 brass hot-melt insert (4x6x7mm) into each hole in the bottom part. Use 3mm ish screws with 6-8mm flat head to fasten the bottom part wherever you want the cleat mounted. Then secure the top part to the bottom part using two 25mm long M4 screws.
