Rope Light Storage Reel

Simple and easy to use rope light reel for storing LED rope lights or a manner of other objects! This is perfect for putting away the Christmas LED light ropes ready for next year! This model maintains a common centre that allows you to swap out the arms to suit your requirements. There are different length arms to accommodate different lengths of rope light. My rope lights are 8m long and hence there are different sized arms to accommodate multiple lengths on the same reel – I quite prefer the arms that hold 2 lengths (16M) as this balances ease of storage and strength. The best use of this model to minimise waste is to print off the middle of the reel, and then use the test print profiles to print off at least one arm to check for the press fit. If the press fit doesn’t work due to tolerances, I’ve included arms you can print that connect via super glue instead.
