My wife asked me to print these earrings, but the geometry of the model was extremely messed up. By default, Prusa slicer generated horrible deformities. This isn't perfect, but for me at least Prusa complains a lot less and does create a clean looking slice.
I printed it with a 0.25mm nozzle, I suspect that's really what you want to be doing.
