Rosette mounts & clamps are commonly used with camera rigs.Their advantage is that they can be easily loosened, rotated and re-clamped again.Their disadvantage can be their weight, since they are generally designed for heavy loads. Hence the open source design of this light-weight 3D printable version.The “Base Rosette Hole” and “Base Rosette Thread” screw together with the “Bolt” object. You can use these in your own designs and/or combine with some of the other mounts based on this to clamp/mount things together.(note that the plastic version is not compatible with the teeth of the original metal versions) Print settings:All objects should be optimally oriented already.Objects with [s] in the stl name NEED supports.Most default printer profiles (0.2mm or smaller layer height) should be fine, but it may be wise to increase wall loops and infill for increased strength.The “Bolt” (thread is M18) can be tightened with a standard 10mm hex key or the 3D printable key.
