Rosey the robot is based on the classic cartoon character depicted in The Jetsons animated series. Rosey was their robotic maid and friend. I originally created a version of this character years ago, but I decided to recreate it based on my current understanding of 3d modeling and my current 3d Print practices. Also, I wanted to create an articulated version of Rosey. Unlke the original, this version has a more refined sculpt and cleaner details. In addition, it has been designed to be posed or at least manipulated to some degree.Rosey has been designed in parts, allowing the model to be printed using multiple materials, colors, and a variety of practices. Separate components include eye cap, eyes, head, torso, shoulders, forearms, claws, cuffs, armPegs, apron, apron bow, wheels, wheel base, antenna, and collar. Most have flat areas allowing parts to be printed on their flattest end for cleanest results, without using supports. Some parts will still need some support. Lacking any print issues, the figure can mostly be assembled without glue. Only the eyes and antenna need glue to attach them to the head.The model has been designed at a small scale, but can be scaled up for printing, in the slicer. I'd suggest printing it at a larger scale (125% to 150%)) when using an FFF/FDM print, since some parts are small and would be difficult to print at the default. Although a resin printer should handle the default scale without issue.
