Rotary object diverter, to be mounted to a stepper motor with 5 mm axis (typical for NEMA17). Mount the two parts together with M3 bolts with cylindrical head (DIN912) so that they clamp to the stepper motor axis. Then mount the stepper motor slightly inclined vertically over a conveyor belt or slide so that it can eject selected objects that pass by.
This is a fully parametric design, so you can also adapt all measures of the design easily to fit your needs. For that, open the source code in CadQuery (links below), adapt the measures, generate your own adapted STLs, and print those.
The CAD model was made using [CadQuery](https://cadquery.readthedocs.io/), an open source CAD software similar to OpenSCAD (but much more powerful). The latest version of this design's source code can always be found in [a Github repository](https://github.com/tanius/smallopticalsorter/tree/master/mechanics).
