A Silverline rotary tool was used as reference, not a Dremel.
An attachment for a rotary tool (M20x2 thread) using a cutting (or sanding) disk up to 25mm Dia. *Align disc center with the line*
I use the diamond coated cutting disks (not vented type)
59 degree angle with 12 degree tilt. The recommended angles for General purpose points
**Guide-v2.stl will require less supports**, if any! You don't want to use supports on the Threads. Buildplate concentric supports should be all that's needed.
8mm max bit size.
Collars for other sizes, 6, 5, 4, 2mm Keeps everything centered.
Print more of these and use your bits to make perfect fits .. Drill out the 2mm for a 3mm etc
I don't know if sharpening requires 2 steps to get both angles but it will sharpen a bit regardless
It may be best to use 2 collars with a washer in the middle to act as a depth stop, this gets a more accurate centering,
It's not perfectly stable, just hold steady and you'll have a sharp bit in a ji
