Rotating Display Table (With Diffused LEDs)

I loved the design of this rotating platform, however I thought something was missing...Lights! What I did was modify the top and base so that the base had a recession in the middle (so that I could add a stand for the led ring) and cut out a fancy shape in the top cover that I will later print in transparent PLA to diffuse the LEDs. Everything else is pretty much the same.

This is a work in progress as I am still adding to this - I just needed a safe space to log all my work. I will update as I go.

Edit: Designed the Base that holds the LED ring in place with a hole in one of the pillars to route the wires. Printed in two pieces with pins to make it easier and faster to print. So supports are not needed.

I’ve successfully printed this thing :). Everything internally regarding the led should fit together with a little superglue. You may also use any led controller for the ring. However the ring must be a 92mm one (24 LEDs)
