rotating Hair clip rack

one of my first models I designed as a gift for my cousin was a fun project and good practice. I used m4 x 0.7 x 16mm screws because its what i had but you could probably get away with an m3 flat head cap screw.i made the holes a bit smaller so the screws would kind of self tap.
