Makes
rotating lithophane cube. uses 100mm x75mm 3mm thick lithophanes. 2.1mm border made from website http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ the inspiration came from https://www.instructables.com/member/ChrisN219/ https://www.instructables.com/id/Rotating-Lithophane-Box/#discuss I didnt care for the clock mechanism, it just didn't have enough power to move the cube around, believe me i tried it. the small motor is the same price and has enough torque. The basic concept is the same but I overhauled alot of the design to suit my needs. I used a small dc gearmotor for the motion, m3 socket head cap screw. spliced in the power from the led power supply. used an in line switch for the motor power and I pressed in the magnets into the pockets. make sure they are oriented correctly (polarity) before pressing them in. Used the m3 cap screw with a jam nut to set height. press the capscrew adapter into the receiver in the center stud of the cube top. Included are 4 different screw cap adapters. one with no center hex fitment, and the other three have the hex key in the middle with a slight step down in size for each one. I reccomend printing all 3 out in petg and see which one fits your screw better. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KYL94SZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 wifi module https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QG7HCZG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 strip light https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KQHQJ5C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 any 4x2mm neodymium magnets from amazon or ebay
