Santa, a reindeer and an elf were made from clay (by my wife) and scanned.

Print them at 30% infill with supports.
Paint the characters to your taste, then glue them to the rotating base. Push the axle through the base (from the bottom) and add a hook at the top.
You can rotate the characters by hand or (if you have strong lungs) by pushing air onto the dividers.
The characters could be used as separate ornaments by drilling a small hole and adding an eyehook.
