An aluminium rod with 6mm diameter fits between the two disks (bent 90°). The round plates are meant to be press-fit from both sites of the disks. the round plates are when glued to the inside of the puppet hand.
The SVG-file has the outline for a 4-fingered hand - it can be used with a laser cutter or as a pattern.
