Insert a dowel at the bottom of each container and place the containers on the bottom tablet in the slots.Place the top tablet on the containers ensuring the pegs align with the holesPlace the top handle on the top tablet.Secure the top and bottom tablets with the peg.You may need to add non-slip pads to the bottom.
