Rotating Spool mount

This is a swivel mount for filament spools on direct drive Ender 5 printers. It moves the filament roll on the top housing but, swivels to prevent the filament from binding when the print head is close to the back.

I really liked klackgears design however I found it wobbled due to the incorrect loading of the 608zz bearing.

I have remodelled to include a 51100 thrust bearing which is slightly better suited for this application. The design still uses a 608 series bearing as part of the attachment method.

You will also need:

M8 x 40 Cap Head
M8 Nut
M8 washer
M8 Spring Washer

In addition to the
4- M4 T nuts (for mounting base on 2020 extrusion
6- M3 screws 16mm (for bearing assembly)
6- M3 nuts (for bearing assembly)
2- M4 screws (replace the 5mm ones on the spool arm)
2- M4 nuts (captured in the 608zz plate to hold the spool arm on)
