Round Access Panel / Drywall Hole Cover/Plug

I did a bit of a rewrite of @relet's hole plug SCAD customizer.
I added variables, calculations based on different options provided, made the number of tabs configurable, etc.

Should be able to make a cover for any round hole with a few config changes.

The two STL files are more for example, but they'll work as-is if that's the size you need.

05/28/23 - Updated to add comments and two more parameters.
06/03/23 - Added ability to choose between millimeters and inches. Updated to fix how rough the final product was by fixing the facet settings. Added variables. Fixed how the slits were calculated.
