Rounding Jack

a rounding jack for trimming the brims of hats. an Xacto blade is mounted in the recess in the blade holder and held in with a #2 pan head screw screw, a second screw on the face of the blade carrier provides clamping force to lock the brim width once set. once tested, i may extend the length of the body to allow wider brims, currently it can handle approx 10cm brim widths
