"Pestool" is my attempt to build a mortising jig for 65mm base router for 6mm thick x 40mm long tenons. If you have different router diameter or you want to use different screws or rod etc, I included the fusion360 file. What you need:50 cm stainless steel rod 8mm diam: 2 x 120mm and 2 x 116mm;M5 screws x8: 2x20/25mm, 4 x 20mm, 2 x 15/20mmM5 bolts x2M6 screw x1 (15mm)M6 bolt x15 cm Spring (ID 8-9mm, OD10-11mm)Cyanoacrylate glue or bicomponent to fix rods to plasticSome sandpaper to glue under the “Fronte scorrevole 90°” to grip on woodAssembly:First insert 2 x 120 mm rod into “Cuscinetto Doppio”, then apply and glue 2 x “Cuscinetto” on the two ends of the previous part; now insert 2 x M5 and fix it to “Calotta Router”; then insert at the same time 2 x 116mm into “MAIN” and through “Cuscinetto Doppio” and glue the ends into “MAIN”. And then the process is quite intuitive. Boost MeIf you found this useful, give me a boost!
