UPDATE: I've added two versions for 1/2" shanks.

I made this for a handful of loose router bits that I have. They are all 1/4" shanks. This caddy uses two pegs to connect to a standard pegboard. The pegs fit fairly snug into the back of the caddy but I still used some super glue to be sure.
