Router Centering Cone

Made by Eschmidt12 at https://www.xxxxxx.com/thing:4708094I am alway afraid when I remove my plate that I don't place my plate back exactly centered... just for edging, not a problem, but if you need precision and have a jig, then your groove can be wayyyyy off which would be a disaster!!!Here is a centering cone: - place back your plate and leave the screws loose on your router - you place a screw or a rod in the center and lock the screw in the collet of the router itself - then move the loose base against the cone and the base will reset itself in perfect center - then finish to screw in and fix your base - release the rod and remove the centering come and back in business with precision!!!Since this accessory does not require strength at all, you can use either PLA or PETG and infill as you wish... I would do 3 walls just so I don't break it moving it around the shop, 10% cubic infill will be sufficient! ; )
