Router Guide Bush Slots Template

When I use adjustable templates I find them too thick and they reduce my router bits depth which becomes a problem when I want to track down deeper into the wood beneath. I set out to fix this by making guide templates with a thickness of only 5mm allowing me plenty of depth with my bit. Problem is with such thin template it was not possible to make them adjustable so this is the best work around I could come up with.The tracks snap together for an unlimited length. The width is adjusted by changing out the different width pieces to suit your needs. I have included a plate of width pieces from 20mm to 80mm stepping up in 5mm increments. I have also included the Fusion file with parametric pre-sets for adjustable width to whatever you like. The width pieces snap into place in the cut-outs on the main rail and they are set at 5mm increments. Also the width pieces have a flat side and a side with a 5mm offset that adds further increments and also can be changed by the mm in the parametric
